Evander Holyfield Visits Ranfurly Homes

Nassau, Bahamas, February 17th, 2022

Retired professional boxer, Evander Holyfield, along with a group from the Fort Lauderdale based Heavyweight Factory, visited Ranfurly Homes for Children on February 16th 2022. They toured the grounds and meet with staff, volunteers, and the children that live here.

After playing some games and getting to know each other a little bit Holyfield and the Heavyweight Factory crew took all the residents of the Ranfurly Home on a shopping spree at the Mall at Marathon. Everyone had so much fun. Our residents were overwhelmed with joy to receive an experience like this and their faces said it all.

We are both grateful and honored for this opportunity and we cannot thank Evander and his friends enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
